Doozy Solutions is looking for a full-time NetSuite Software Engineer that will assist our product and engineering teams with managing Crafted ERP along with building and supporting other NetSuite customizations. The primary focus of this position will be to support the backlog of work related to Crafted ERP enhancements, bug fixes, and new release functionality.

We’re looking for a resource that has NetSuite SuiteScript development experience, is comfortable with SuiteBundle/SuiteApp management and has an overall interest in learning about the craft beverage industry. We have a fast-paced environment and we are interested in people that might not have all the answers but have the curiosity and drive to find them. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties would include, but not be limited to:

  • Participate in every aspect of the Crafted ERP development lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing and deployment.
  • Assist with the management of current library of Crafted SuiteScripts, including defect resolution, enhancement creation
  • Development of new features for Crafted bi-annual new releases
  • Assist in the development and architecture of integrations between NetSuite and other systems/applications.
  • Provide customer support for new and existing integrations and customizations.
  • Documentation of Crafted processes using LucidCharts, ZenDesk Guide
  • Support our customer base with new projects to improve user experience for system processes or training needs
  • Manage support content that is available to our customer base within our proprietary Customer Success Center

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • 3 years of experience working as a NetSuite SuiteScript Developer.
  • Certified SuiteCloud Developer
  • Experience with GitHub or VCS
  • Experience with unit testing, Jest, etc.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • SuiteScript 2.x experience and have a solid understanding of all script types (Client, Scheduled, MapReduce, Suitelet, Portlet, User Event, Workflow Action, etc.).
  • Previous experience in Professional Services.
  • Able to design and implement complex integrations.
