The Role

New York Real Estate Associate - Junior/Mid Level - $235,000 - $330,000 Salary

This is a superb opportunity to join a leading top 20 AM Law firm in their award-winning Real Estate team on Lexington Avenue, NY.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers in our highly-regarded Real Estate practice in New York and other offices who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility, including participating in matters generated through the national and global platforms.

The firm is recognized internationally for providing first-class legal advice to a prestigious client base consisting of some of the world’s largest multinationals and FTSE 100 clients.

The Candidate

• 2-6 years experience in commercial real estate leasing & general real estate transactions
• Development, acquisitions & disposals, joint ventures, zoning &land development approvals
• Experienced in complex real estate finance, and cross-border transactions
• Previous experience gained from a highly regarded AM Law Real Estate department
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
