We are seeking a talented Full-time Videographer to support our paid social media efforts. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging, performance-driven video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.

As a Videographer, you will play a critical role in developing creative assets that align with our brand's goals and drive key metrics like engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the creative strategy for paid social media, focusing on Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms to drive performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions).
  2. Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for different social media platforms.
  3. Optimize and enhance user-generated content (UGC) from influencers and creators to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  4. Develop creative briefs for content creators, ensuring alignment with performance insights and marketing goals.
  5. Analyze video performance data and collaborate with the paid media and influencer teams to iterate and improve creative assets.
  6. Design visually engaging ad creatives and marketing materials using tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva to boost ad performance.
  7. Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to inform content creation strategies.
  8. Manage and organize creative assets, ensuring smooth workflow and timely asset delivery for campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in video production, content creation, and editing for paid social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing video ads and digital content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics tools.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and consumer behavior to create engaging content.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus.
  • Passion for storytelling and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual content.
