The Value Stream Manager (VSM) is responsible for leading all aspects of production within an assigned value stream to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance.
This role oversees end-to-end value stream operations—from raw material through finished goods—to deliver customer value, drive continuous improvement, and achieve business objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.
The Value Stream Manager acts as a servant leader for cross-functional teams, empowering associates, eliminating waste, and aligning operations with Lean principles and company strategy.
You will tackle processes for general management, sales financial akum, supply chain operations and work closely with the Logistics, Planning, Materials and Continuous Improvement teams. P&L for each position is valued at $180 million in revenue
Position is Onsite with two to four direct reports and several extended reports. Work Hours – 7/8 AM to 4/5 PM First Shift
Qualifications
The estimated salary range for this position is $93,900 to $150,000 plus a 15% bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
