About the Role
Sesen is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Translation Project Manager to lead complex, deadline-driven localization projects for our life sciences clients. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage cross-functional workflows and ensure the successful delivery of multilingual content that meets regulatory, scientific, and linguistic standards. You’ll be at the center of a fast-paced, quality-driven environment where your work directly supports the success of clinical trials, product launches, and global compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and translation projects
• Coordinate end-to-end localization workflows across linguists, reviewers, engineers, and QA
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision
• Track project status, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory language requirements
• Contribute to process optimization and drive continuous improvement through feedback loops
• Support cross-functional collaboration with sales, technology, and vendor management teams
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in localization or project management, preferably in the life sciences industry
• Solid understanding of TMS, CAT tools, file prep, and multilingual content workflows
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Life Sciences, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
• Multilingual proficiency and familiarity with medical or regulatory terminology are strong pluses
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
