Core Competencies – Technical

3–5+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience is ideal, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Recruitment experience within skilled trades, field operations, or technical industries is highly desirable.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR platforms ; recent transition to a new ATS platform.
Demonstrated ability in developing talent pipelines and implementing strategic sourcing techniques .
Proven track record managing large-scale hiring initiatives (50+ hires over a 6–8 month period).
Exposure to broader HR functions , including compliance, claims support, vendor communication, and employee development initiatives.

Technology Skills

Proficient in HR technologies and applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS or similar platforms).
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools , including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Education & Certifications

Formal degree not required ; relevant experience and demonstrated capability are valued equally.
