We're working with a global provider of Software and Hardware products for the Energy sector in their search for a Systems Administrator for their Austin, TX headquarters.
This is an on-site role, requiring 4-5 days/week in the north Austin office.

What You'll Need to be Selected for This Systems Administrator Position:
- 4+ Years of IT Support and Sys Admin Experience
- Significant Experience Supporting a Microsoft O365 Environment
- Experience with Active Directory (Azure AD) and InTune
- Networking Experience with Cisco Products
- Experience With Phone and VOIP Systems
- Experience in Both On-Prem and Cloud Environments (Preferably Azure)
- Experience with Various Ticketing Systems
- Experience ensuring Availability, Security, Capacity, and Functionality: Devices (laptops, desktops), Servers (Windows and Linux based), Storage , Virtualization
Preferred:
- Automation Experience, DevOps, and Configuration/Orchestration Tools: Sale, Chef, Puppet, etc.
Since it's a smaller shop, the right person for this position can handle Systems Admin tasks but is also happy to take Tier 1&2 tickets as well.
