Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the store team, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Previous experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus
• Bilingual, a plus but not a deal braker.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
