About the Role - We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a collaborative school environment in Pierce County, WA . This full-time , in-person opportunity runs through the end of the school year, with the potential for extension.

• Duration: February 2025 - June 2025
• Setting: On-Site
• Age Group: Elementary School
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 36.5 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ needs and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Active Washington Speech-Language Pathology License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
