We are seeking an experienced and highly proactive Social Media Manager to take ownership of managing and elevating a high-profile personal brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate is aggressive, sharp, and creative—able to take direction once and execute without constant oversight. This role requires someone who understands how to curate and strategize content across multiple social platforms, not just YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for a high-profile personal brand.
  • Curate, optimize, and repurpose content to align with brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Identify and leverage new and emerging social platforms to maximize reach and impact.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance captions and optimize content for social media.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and content strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work at a fast pace, proactively generating ideas and solutions for social growth.
  • Engage with the audience, foster community interaction, and build a strong brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience managing high-profile social media accounts, including personal brands or e-commerce.
  • At least four years of professional experience in social media management.
  • Strong experience working with personalities, influencers, or high-profile figures rather than just brands.
  • Ability to think outside the box and craft engaging content strategies.
  • Proactive and independent thinker who takes initiative and does not require micromanagement.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for captions and social media automation.
  • Strong understanding of multiple social platforms and how to tailor content for each.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing personal brands rather than just corporate accounts.
  • Background in fast-paced environments where agility and quick decision-making are key.
