We are in the process of assembling a high-caliber team to drive this initiative, and we seek a Small-Scale LNG Operations Manager to take a leading role in structuring and optimizing our LNG logistics and chartering operations. About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and execution-focused Small-Scale LNG (SSLNG) Operations Manager to lead and optimize the physical movement of LNG, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and reliable logistics, transportation, and bunkering operations. The ideal candidate will have deep operational expertise in LNG supply chains, with a proven ability to manage vessel chartering, scheduling, storage, and last-mile distribution.

This role requires a hands-on problem solver who can oversee the day-to-day execution of LNG shipments, coordinate with vessel owners, terminal operators, chartering firms, and logistics providers, and ensure seamless supply chain performance. The focus is on operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance, ensuring that Energetech’s LNG logistics infrastructure is technically robust and functionally optimized to support commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• LNG Chartering & Shipping Management: Lead vessel chartering, cultivate relationships with shipowners and operators, and optimize shipping schedules to enhance supply efficiency.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Development: Architect and execute a comprehensive SSLNG supply chain model, integrating multi-modal LNG transport solutions across trucking, shipping, and ISO containers.
• ISO Container & Virtual Pipeline Operations: Oversee cryogenic ISO container logistics, ensuring seamless LNG movement through virtual pipelines and remote supply chains.
• LNG Bunkering & Fueling Operations: Develop and manage ship-to-ship, truck-to-ship, and shore-based LNG bunkering operations, ensuring high safety and efficiency standards.
• Operational Planning & Scalability: Establish and refine logistics frameworks, ensuring flexibility for expansion and responsiveness to market demand.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure full compliance with international LNG shipping standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• LNG Vessel & Terminal Coordination: Forge strategic partnerships with LNG terminal operators, shipping entities, and logistics stakeholders to streamline operations.
• Storage & Terminal Infrastructure Management: Provide operational oversight for LNG storage hubs and transloading sites, aligning with expansion strategies.
• Cost & Efficiency Optimization: Develop cost-effective, performance-driven transportation and storage models, balancing operational resilience with commercial viability.
• Technical & Crisis Management Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in LNG handling, troubleshooting logistics disruptions, and optimizing operational performance.
• HSE & Risk Management Leadership: Embed a culture of safety and risk mitigation, ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) frameworks.
• Strategic Growth & Market Expansion: Collaborate with senior leadership to define market entry strategies, identify key geographies for expansion, and implement long-term infrastructure planning

Key Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in small-scale LNG operations, LNG chartering, shipping logistics, or bunkering.
• Deep expertise in LNG vessel ownership, LNG chartering agreements, and small-scale marine LNG logistics.
• Proven track record in structuring LNG virtual pipelines, decentralized LNG networks, and small-scale LNG distribution models.
• Strong knowledge of LNG regulatory frameworks, environmental compliance, and marine logistics standards.
• Background in maritime transport, LNG logistics, chartering, or energy infrastructure operations.
• Experience in high-growth environments where new supply chains, distribution networks, and operational models are being built from inception.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and execution-driven approach.
• Ability to design and manage multi-modal LNG transportation strategies, optimizing delivery efficiency across ports and inland markets.
• Strong operational acumen in LNG terminal management, vessel scheduling, and port logistics.

Preferred Skills

• Established relationships with LNG shipowners, charterers, and marine operators.
• Hands-on experience in LNG vessel scheduling, charter structuring, and long-term LNG supply agreements.
• Expertise in LNG bunkering station setup, small-scale liquefaction, and cryogenic fuel handling.
• Ability to navigate regulatory landscapes, negotiate with authorities, and ensure seamless cross-border LNG movements.
• Knowledge of LNG cost structures, pricing models, and commercial contracting.
• Exposure to developing LNG logistics in emerging and high-growth markets.
