Position Details:

• Role: Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction
• Location: Chicago
• Experience Required: Minimum of 10+ years in project management, with a strong emphasis on healthcare project experience.
• Job Type: Full-time. 60/40 split time in Field (60) vs. Office (40)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage healthcare projects from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and clients, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability for project needs.
• Manage and mentor junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus potential.
