Red Beard Solutions is seeking a Senior All-Source Analysis Instructor to support military intelligence operations through high-impact training and mentorship. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of analysts while working alongside mission-driven professionals in a dynamic environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction and scenario-based training for intelligence personnel and units.
• Support the development and revision of Training Support Packages (TSPs) from individual to collective levels.
• Integrate multimedia and virtual platforms for effective learning delivery.
• Facilitate training in classroom, remote, and mobile team training (MTT) environments.
• Lead instruction in both large-scale and small team settings.

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of 1 full tour (4 years) as an All-Source Analyst (MOS 35F or equivalent).
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must hold an active DoD security clearance.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor certification.
• Proven collaboration skills in team-based environments.
• Ability to work independently with innovative problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
