Role: Scrum Master

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong Understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and values in SAFE environment.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to remove impediments and navigate conflicts
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA is a must
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks
• Knowledge of Kanban principles and practices is preferable
• Experience with coaching distributed teams is preferable
• Certified SAFE Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certifications preferred.

Preferred Technical Skills:

SQL, MS Excel, Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from USD 60000/annum to USD135000/annum. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
