Scheduling Coordinator (Onsite – Bellevue, WA)

Universal Language Service, Inc. is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to support high-volume same-day and next-day interpreter appointment requests. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting. Prior experience in healthcare or social services scheduling is preferred.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Coordinate spoken language interpreter appointments (same-day/next-day and through the end of the month)
• Maintain a high job fill rate (target: 100%)
• Communicate with clients and interpreters by phone and email
• Track, confirm, and update assignments in our internal systems
• Support contact center functions and flex between scheduling and customer service as needed

🔹 What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of scheduling, coordination, or customer service experience
• Experience in a healthcare or social services setting preferred
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus
• Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills
