Sales Account Executive

SwimEx, a family-owned industry leader in professional hydrotherapy pools, hot/cold plunge pools, and home fitness pools, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team. Founded in 1986 by fiberglass pioneer Everett Pearson, SwimEx is dedicated to building the finest fitness pools and aquatic rehabilitation equipment. We take pride in our quality craftsmanship, innovative aquatic solutions, and superior customer service.

Target Markets:

The Sales Account Executive will develop relationships and drive sales in the following markets:

• Professional and collegiate sports teams
• Hospitals and physical therapy clinics
• Senior living communities
• Veterinary clinics

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and architects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct presentations and provide tailored solutions for clients.
• Travel as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and develop relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-starter : A motivated, independent professional with a hunter mentality.
• Sales experience : Background in sales or sales development preferred.
• Detail-oriented : Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Effective communicator : Outstanding communication skills for internal collaboration and external client interaction.
• Industry knowledge : Familiarity with medical, rehabilitative, or sports equipment industries is ideal.
• Bonus : Experience in aquatic therapy or physical therapy is a plus.

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary : $65,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $80,000–$100,000 in the first year (base + commission).
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.
