Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager for a permanent, full time position in Scottsdale, Arizona. This resource will be responsible for the development and optimization of our client's digital platform features that enhance the experience for users and internal stakeholders. They’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, translate customer needs into solutions, to ensure their platform evolves to meet the demands of a growing market.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Use data, research, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Maintain a product roadmap and manage the full lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, APM, Engineering, QA, Design) to deliver high-quality features.
- Communicate plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure successful product launches.
- Act as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and advocating for solutions.
- Build strong user relationships and gather insights to inform product direction and improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience working with engineering teams.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools.
- Possess a background in software development with an understanding of how to build resilient APIs.
-Experience in Java, C++, C# or Golang.
- Experience with data as a product.
- Track record of delivering successful digital products or features.
- User-focused problem solver with strong product instincts.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
