We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and inspiring Store Manager to lead this critical location.
Position Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of our flagship location, delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving sales and brand loyalty. You will act as a brand ambassador and ensure that the store is operating in alignment with our values, vision, and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for team members
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Customer Experience
- Ensure a premium, seamless, and personalized in-store experience
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Champion brand education and storytelling with both customers and staff
- Store Operations
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and merchandising
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention
- Sales & Performance
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze store performance metrics and drive actionable improvements
- Create and execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a store manager or assistant manager in a premium or high-volume retail environment
- Proven track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for brand storytelling and community engagement
- Familiarity with retail systems and operations (POS, inventory management, scheduling tools)
Preferred:
- Experience opening a new store or managing a flagship/high-profile location
- Knowledge of the West Hollywood market and clientele
