We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and inspiring Store Manager to lead this critical location.

Position Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of our flagship location, delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving sales and brand loyalty. You will act as a brand ambassador and ensure that the store is operating in alignment with our values, vision, and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development for team members
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Customer Experience
  • Ensure a premium, seamless, and personalized in-store experience
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Champion brand education and storytelling with both customers and staff
  • Store Operations
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and merchandising
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention
  • Sales & Performance
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Analyze store performance metrics and drive actionable improvements
  • Create and execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a store manager or assistant manager in a premium or high-volume retail environment
  • Proven track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for brand storytelling and community engagement
  • Familiarity with retail systems and operations (POS, inventory management, scheduling tools)

Preferred:

  • Experience opening a new store or managing a flagship/high-profile location
  • Knowledge of the West Hollywood market and clientele
