Job Title: Commercial Field Solar Technician

Department: Field Technician
Job Type: Temporary (Temp to hire possible)
Travel: Up to 100% travel required
Pay: $28 - $35 per hour (based on relevant experience)
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on residential solar experience (ZEP specific a huge plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel extensively and work on job sites for extended periods
- Ability to work overtime
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical demands of the job
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- NABCEP certification
- Working at heights certification
