Job Description
Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy CDL Driver Recruiter to join our client's team. This role will focus on recruiting CDL drivers across our various entities, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume recruitment for CDL drivers, including prescreens and MVR reports.
- Create and post job requisitions, track applications, and funnel candidates through the recruitment process.
- Conduct phone screens, process applications, and coordinate onsite interviews as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with market leaders and hiring managers to understand position requirements and site-specific needs.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Utilize ATS (TENNStreet) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
- Collect and analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with CCP, FCRA, and DOT regulations.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the recruiting team and other departments to support the centralization of recruitment efforts.
- Participate in project work, including auditing the ATS, adding automation, and partnering with IT for data collection projects.
- Engage in relationship-building activities with various stakeholders across the organization.
