Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (primarily remote)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Flexible

Pay: Commission Based ($60,000 Base Salary for First Month while training)

Interview Process: 2 virtual interviews

Our client is a rapidly growing and highly rated property management company serving the Austin Metro area. With over $600 million in assets under management and more than 5,500 doors in their portfolio, the client continues to expand thanks to a strong reputation and a dedicated team. The client is currently seeking a licensed, motivated Real Estate Business Development Executive to help drive growth in the Austin region.

About the Role

As the Real Estate Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into signed clients, building strong relationships, and serving as the local face of the client. You’ll meet with property owners either virtually or in person at their homes—whatever works best for the client. All leads are provided—there is no cold prospecting required.

The client’s company-wide closing rate for this role is over 50%. They close deals left and right, and they’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to warm, incoming leads provided by the company
  • Follow up with prospective clients consistently and professionally
  • Conduct property consultations either virtually or in person, depending on client preference
  • Maintain accurate records during the onboarding process
  • Represent the company professionally and knowledgeably in all client interactions
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities

Qualifications

  • Texas Real Estate License preferred (must be obtained post-hire if not already licensed)
  • Proven sales mindset with a strong drive to succeed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms
  • Spanish fluency a plus

Nice to Have Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, leasing, sales, or other related fields
  • Texas Real Estate License preferred (must be obtained post-hire if not already licensed)

Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary for 1st month then will be commission based. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
