Job Title: Entry-Level QC Lab Technician

Location: Fairfield, NJ

We are currently seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Food Science for an entry-level role in our Quality Control (QC) Laboratory. Relevant lab technician or internship experience is preferred, but not required—we will provide full training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taste and evaluate flavor batches to ensure products meet established sensory and quality standards.
• Assist with routine lab testing procedures and document results accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the QC lab.
• Record and communicate batch quality data in accordance with internal protocols.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to support consistency and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
• A strong sensory palate and interest in flavor tasting is essential.
• Confident, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Relevant lab experience or internships are a plus.
• Must be comfortable tasting a variety of flavor formulations daily.
