We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Richmond, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project schedules for TAR projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints. The Project Scheduler will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules, identify potential risks and delays, and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera6
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedules with overall project goals
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and delays
• Implement strategies to mitigate risks and delays and ensure timely project completion
• Generate reports and updates on project schedules for project managers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize project schedules and resource allocation

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in the downstream chemical industry
• Experience working for a refinery site
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
