Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for candidates looking to start their career in project management. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, comfortable using scheduling software, and eager to learn. Experience in construction is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Utilize project management and scheduling software to track project performance.
• Lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and document key project decisions.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills:

• No prior project management experience is required, though relevant coursework or internships are a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to use scheduling software such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the field of project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or internship in construction project coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with budget management and financial forecasting.
• Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance practices.
