 Project management methodologies and reporting (12+ years)

 Projects led involve up to ten (10) or more staff and/or multiple subprojects.

 Large-scale application development (12+ years)

 Stakeholder coordination and facilitation

 Strong leadership and interpersonal relationship skills

 Problem-solving and collaboration

 System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

 Requirements gathering and analysis

 Change, risk, and scope management

 Excellent communication and presentation

 Technical documentation

 UAT and system test planning

 Analytical thinking

 PMP or equivalent certification preferred

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

 Department of Children and Families domain

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

The Wisconsin DCF is seeking a results-oriented and adaptable project manager to lead enterprise-

wide application development initiatives. The individual will collaborate across business and

technical teams, provide complete life-cycle project management, and solve complex problems

related to business goals and IT systems.

This role involves creating and maintaining project documentation, managing resources, mitigating

risks, ensuring proper communication with stakeholders, and leading a high-performing project

team through all phases of software development and deployment.

The candidate must be experienced in remote work environments and be able to provide their own

properly equipped computer and internet access.
