Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Professional to join our team, responsible for overseeing the execution of concrete construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards, timely completion, and budget adherence. This position is essential to the success of our projects, requiring strong technical knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and safety standards. The Concrete Professional will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee concrete construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to align project goals and ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all concrete work meets or exceeds quality standards, including proper handling, mixing, and application of materials.
• Monitor worksite progress and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any concrete-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Foster communication and collaboration across teams to maintain project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including reports and inspections.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in concrete construction, with a strong understanding of concrete materials, techniques, and safety practices.
• Proven experience working on a variety of concrete projects, such as foundations, slabs, and structural work.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete processes, including mix designs, curing techniques, and reinforcement methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high attention to detail.
