Role Description

We’re looking for a Program Manager for our global industry-leading client in the San Antonio area to drive cross-functional execution across quoting, engineering, NPI, and customer launch. This role is highly visible and plays a major part in expanding business with key customers.

What you’ll do

• Own launch execution with Engineering/NPI from win → production
• Manage project scope, timing, budgets, risk, and design correctness
• Partner with Sales to manage: open quotes, wins, and new opportunities
• Lead internal kickoffs + RFQ response coordination with Quoting/Engineering
• Create tracking tools/dashboards + program reporting (PNs, quote #s, due dates, RACI, action items)
• Work directly with customer engineering teams to ensure launches exceed expectations

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in engineering/program leadership
• Experience with wire harness or related electrical products strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical/business acumen
• Comfortable operating between Engineering + Sales (“technical sales” mindset)
