About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and support a team of 6–8 case managers serving up to 120 individuals . This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with community partners to deliver high-quality services. You’ll oversee case management operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with grant requirements . This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about serving vulnerable populations and driving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Leadership & Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a team of case managers, providing ongoing support and guidance.

✅ Program Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality client interventions , including outreach, assessments, and service coordination.

✅ Collaboration: Build and maintain partnerships with landlords, property managers, and community organizations .

✅ Compliance & Reporting: Oversee program data tracking and ensure compliance with grant deliverables .

✅ Integration & Advocacy: Lead team meetings and collaborate with medical and behavioral health programs , representing the organization in community meetings .

Qualifications:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Licensing as an LCSW, ASW, AMFT, or LMFT is a huge plus.

🔑 Required Skills:

• Experience in housing programs, mental health, and case management within a nonprofit setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and HIPAA compliance .
• Proficiency in MS Office and county data tracking systems .
• Valid CA driver’s license with full coverage, as you will be driving in the field daily.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required).

💡 Preferred Skills:

• ASW or AMFT seeking supervision hours with field experience.
