Major Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Department and Associate Manager with all computer and clerical-related work.
Help with Facilities and Security-related tasks… limited maintenance, HVAC and lighting, employee badge program, and deputy security program.
Assist with development of new safety programs, as well as, updating current ones being conducted. These include tractor, farm machinery, ATV/UTV, Grain Bin Rescue, etc.
Help administer the Holiday Shop Program… computer work, phone calls, material development, pricing, delivery, limited travel, etc.
Minor Duties and Responsibilities
General mechanical and physical ability (lifting) to complete minor tasks associated with building maintenance.
Future opportunities for travel outside of office to various meetings and conferences regarding our annual convention, safety conferences, and/or Holiday Shop functions.
Assist other departments when needed.
Qualifications for the job
Education: College graduate (agriculture related preferred)
Experience: Limited mechanical experience preferred, competent communication skills for public speaking, and Microsoft Word & Excel proficient.
Other: Ability to become proficient in HVAC and Security software systems.
