Job Description

The Wilner Group has partnered with our client, one of the world's largest processors of micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and a leading global manufacturer and supplier of specialty products. They are a family-owned business with over 80 years of service, continuously innovating and providing technical solutions to customers worldwide. Together, we are searching for a Product Manager to join their team on-site in Newark, NJ .

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage product line strategies that align with company goals.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product portfolio, profitability, and market share; ensure volume forecasts align with market trends.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
• Assist the commercial team with competitive product, pricing, and margin analysis; support sales leaders in preparing and negotiating supply contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred .
• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical marketing within the chemical manufacturing industry, ideally with micronized powders or additives.
• Strong understanding of formulation chemistry and application requirements in inks, coatings, plastics, and lubricants.

Compensation: $130K–$140K based on experience.
