Optimal Care Services delivers high-quality SEIT and ABA services to children aged 3-5 in New York's 5 boroughs. Services are offered at various locations based on the student's IEP and are provided by certified special education teachers and trained practitioners under the guidance of a BCBA.

Role Description

This full-time Supervisory role as a Preschool Special Education Supervisor (SEIT Supervisor) at Optimal Care Services involves overseeing the day-to-day implementation of curriculum and behavior management strategies for children receiving SEIT and ABA services. This is a hybrid role situated in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Curriculum Development
• Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Management skills
• Education background in Special Education
• Experience in developing and implementing educational programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in ABA or Special Education is a plus
• Master's degree in Special Education
• Students with disabilities birth-2nd grade or All Grades teaching certification
• School building Leadership certification (SBL) or (SDL)
