OFFICE MANAGER – DERMATOLOGY PRACTICE – SALARY (DOE)

Base Salary – Open and Flexible (based upon experience and candidate)

One of New York’s most high-profile, boutique dermatology practices is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join its team. In this role you will truly be the right-hand to the doctor and handle all day-to-day functions of the practice.

Requirements/ Skills/ Duties/ Responsibilities

• Some college preferred; High school diploma required
• Minimum Two (2) years of Dermatology or Other Medical Practice Office Management Experience
• As needed, provide back-up for office receptionist with their duties/responsibilities
• Check all patients out and billing family accordingly (e.g. – if child is not accompanies by parent, etc.)
• Maintain certifications for doctor and physician’s assistant
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Schedule special cleaning and repairs to include equipment for the office (both medical and non-medical)
• Process payroll for staff; and maintain 401k
• Troubleshoot staff issues
• Manage lists for holiday gifts, etc.
