Mister Quik is a rapidly growing Indianapolis based home service company that serves our residential homeowners with all their Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical needs. We're currently looking for a highly motivated and disciplined Plumbing Supervisor to join our team and lead a group of 8-10 Outside Sales Representatives. The Plumbing Supervisor will be responsible for training, coaching, reporting, and assisting their team with all of their needs. This role is demanding, but it also comes with the satisfaction of watching their direct reports grow and succeed on both a personal and professional level. This role will lead and oversee the performance of their team.

Plumbing Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Grow skillset of team by leading on the job training
• Inspect the work of our installers to ensure they meet the expectations of our company
• Lead install meetings to improve communication, expectations, and provide clarity on company vision and expectations
• Excellent organizational skills

Plumbing Supervisor Qualifications:

• Plumbing License (required)
• Previous install experience (required)
• Experience in the field
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
