Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Position Type: Part Time

Location: Onsite-Houston

Compensation: $10 – $15 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is a key role that ensures smooth daily operations through high-level administrative support, communication, and coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate local and occasional travel logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Handle sensitive information and maintain discretion at all times.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for company events and meetings.
  • Monitor tasks, follow-ups, and project deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain office systems including digital filing and data management.
  • Offer general team support and take on ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Able to speak English like a native North American speaker.
  • Fully proficient in written English and business communications.
  • Work on US shift.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional, calm, and personable demeanor.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or tech startups.
