LHH is is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Part Time Data Processing Clerk for an amazing mechanical company in East Atlanta. The focus is on true data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling business-critical information.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and manage data using company systems.
• Work closely with the Accounting team to support operational needs.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Use DocLinks software for document management and processing.
• Formatting documentation, Scanning
• Use of the following software: Dynamics 2018 cu11, Smartsheet, Doclinks, Excel, pivot tables, vlookup

Requirements:

• MUST be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to scheduling.
• Good attention to detail
• Strong Accuracy

Job Type:

• Part-Time Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 4–5 hours/day (flexible hours)
• Onsite
• Contract (w/possibility of hire)
