This is an outside sales position at a well-established (30+ years) local roofing & siding company that is expanding, again!

Our compensation package for your first-year earnings will be between $50K to $100K through a combination of base salary, commission, 401K contributions and paid bonus. Your hard work and drive to succeed is the key to your earnings power. Dedicated and hard-working sales reps can easily earn a six-figure salary their 1st full year of employment.
Responsibilities
- Selling Residential Roofing & Siding Systems while utilizing company CRM software.
- Attend scheduled appointments with potential clients and referral sources.
- Consult with prospective customers and show products tailored to their specific needs.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
- Represent company at industry and company events.

Qualifications the ideal candidate should possess
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales.
- Highly effective communication skills – oral and written.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- Able to carry and climb an extension ladder to access roof.
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed .
- Organizational skills and effective time management in a semi-autonomous environment
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record to insurance underwriters.
- No fear of heights.
