Job Description

As an Order Picking Supervisor, you will be instrumental in leading a large (50+) team to ensure the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills, mentor a dedicated workforce, and contribute directly to our continued success. Must be bilingual (english/spanish).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to a large team, ensuring daily order fulfillment and on-time customer shipments.
• Invest in our team's growth through effective training, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards for order accuracy and shipping timelines, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to track and improve team productivity, focusing on accuracy, throughput, and quality.
• Manage labor resources effectively to meet departmental budgets.
• Foster a culture of clear communication, accountability, and high performance among all team members.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment following good manufacturing practices.
• Oversee accurate inventory levels and proper product rotation.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and managers across departments.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate our ERP and WMS systems.
• A proactive and analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising or managing teams, with a proven track record of developing KPIs, creating training programs, and fostering employee growth.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory management (a plus).
• Previous experience in order fulfillment operations (a plus).
• A strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve daily goals.
• A hands-on leadership style, with approximately 75% of your time dedicated to direct floor supervision.
• Sound mathematical abilities.
• Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday.
