Our direct client has an immediate need for a permanent, full time Oracle HCM Manager to join their team. This position will be working with stakeholders to drive leadership discussions and help maximize their Oracle footprint. They are looking for someone with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTNI, Workflows, Fast Formula, Alerts and a solid understanding of Oracle Integrations.
They are looking for deep knowledge of the HCM suite – implemented CORE HR and Recruitment and the person has to be techno-functional, not necessarily write integrations but be able trouble shoot or triage integrations. OIC for example they use OIC as the middleware, Kronos, and on-prem applications.
