*Required to have Five (5) years of experience in Healthcare Information Systems and at least, Three (3) years of Project Management expertise leading Oracle Cerner® Electronic Health Record (EHR) projects from start to finish! Clinical expertise a plus!

We exclusively seek talented individuals with expertise in deploying and leading Oracle Cerner® implementation projects. As a Senior Consultant, Project Management Services , you support Healthcare IT professionals, HIT Managers, Directors, and the C-Suite with leadership tasks to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Cerner® applications. Our mission is to enable our customers to achieve their goals by improving patient care, patient safety, and clinical and financial outcomes.

This role provides opportunities to participate in all aspects of Oracle EHR implementations from a leadership standpoint, on-site at many of the top hospitals and health systems in the USA. Our consultants value the autonomy, support, and opportunities to expand their clinical and EHR knowledge through partnerships with other HPG experts.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of Five (5) years of Healthcare Information Systems, with at least three (3) years of Project Management expertise, leading Oracle Cerner® implementations, including the management of all implementation phases from start to finish.

  • Clinical expertise preferred and a plus (RN, BSN, etc.)

  • A minimum of Three (3) years of Project Management experience in the healthcare IT field.

  • Expert skills in creating and executing a Project Plans, and providing the required management and leadership to bring successful implementation rollout outs from Project Kick-off to Project Closure.

  • Proven experience with the Management of Project Timeline during execution.

  • Ability and willingness to travel weekly to and from the customer site as required by the customer.

  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
