Job Title: School Occupational Therapist

Assignment Length: July 1, 2025 – August 30, 2025

Shift/Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Multiple school sites within the district (travel required)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services within a school district during the extended school year (ESY) session. The Occupational Therapist will work with students across various school sites to support their ability to participate in educational activities by improving their fine motor, sensory-motor, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Document and report on student progress in compliance with school district and legal requirements
• Travel to assigned school sites within the district to deliver services

Qualifications:

• Current state license or certification in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L)
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between school sites

Schedule:

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Specific schedule to be determined by district site needs
