📝 Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the EYFS framework
✅ Foster a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment
✅ Track and document children’s development and learning milestones
✅ Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
✅ Create interactive and creative activities that support early learning goals
✅ Maintain classroom organization, routines, and wellbeing practices
✅ Communicate effectively with families and contribute to progress reports

🎓 Candidate Requirements

✅ Recognized Early Years qualification (CACHE Level 3, Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent)
✅ Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting
✅ Familiarity with the British EYFS curriculum
✅ Excellent communication and classroom management skills
✅ A warm, caring, and collaborative teaching style
✅ Fluent English speaker (native or near-native level)
