About the Role:
As an NP at CDEC, you’ll work closely with our board-certified endocrinologists and provide:
✔️ Direct patient care, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
✔️ Chronic disease management, particularly for diabetes and metabolic disorders
✔️ Patient education on CGMs, insulin therapy, and weight management strategies
✔️ Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
