We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professionals to join our advertising team. This is an opportunity to build a career, work in a dynamic industry, meet with leadership of various industries impacting Los Angeles and earn an uncapped income.
Role & Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Skills:
· The right candidate is highly motivated, with a desire to join a culture dedicated to growth and achievement.
· College degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Journalism is a plus but not required).
· Media sales experience is required.
· Knowledge of digital advertising is required.
· National sales experience is preferred.
· Experience working with professional service firms is preferred.
· Strong interpersonal communication, computer and writing skills.
· Strong sense of priority, ability to shift to different projects and manage time effectively.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the flexibility to work on both team-based projects as well as independent projects.
· Candidate must possess a valid CA driver’s license and insurance.
· Familiar with CRM software, MS Office and excel.
· Assess and analyze digital assets and send reports to clients and agencies.

Compensation:
This position is responsible for maintaining an established book of clientele and growing new business. Compensation consists of a modest base salary plus earned commissions. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, FSA and 401k (no match).
Total Annual Compensation Package: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
