Mortgage Loan Officers: GOLDWATER BANK is the bank built for mortgage!

Goldwater Bank is an Arizona-headquartered, mortgage-focused financial institution. We are looking to grow our team of experienced mortgage finance professionals in Phoenix and surrounding areas.

Platform:

• Federally chartered bank - lend in 48 states with no individual state licensing requirements.
• Ginnie Mae issuer, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac direct servicer.

Products:

• Agency loans: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA!
• Portfolio Loans! Customized solutions for unique creditworthy borrowers.
• Construction and Renovation loans! One-time close, Two-time close, HomeStyle Renovation.
• Niche loans! Lot/Land, Jumbo, Reverse, Manufactured, Modular.
• Non-QM products! DSCR, Bank Statement, Non-warrantable condos.

This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a residential mortgage loan officer (RMLO) position or equivalent outside sales experience; active originators with established referral network strongly desired. Incentives available!

 

Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS Registry) is required upon hire.

 

Valid and current driver’s license required for travel to meet with prospects and customers.
