The Paid Ads Account Manager is responsible for the overall client satisfaction, strategy, and program delivery for assigned accounts. The Paid Ads Account Manager is the primary relationship owner and serves as the project manager for all deliverables. The Paid Ads Account Manager is responsible for defining client search and performance marketing strategies, evaluating client programs' effectiveness, and recommending appropriate improvements or additional services.

This key position is responsible for developing and executing on digital strategies and media buys to achieve advertising objectives and campaign objectives. The right candidate brings innovative thinking to develop and deploy digital media campaigns for our growing list of clients. A candidate must have strategic vision to identify, execute, and analyze a variety of online media campaigns across various platforms and devices.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign advertising strategies across various digital channels to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of brand messaging and that they align with business goals.
  • Create digital advertising plans, effectively manage client budgets, monitor campaign performance, and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
  • Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs
  • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Address client communications effectively and in a timely manner
  • Present digital marketing strategies to clients
  • Report on web performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Provide ongoing high-level reports which reflect advertising budget spent, ad/campaign performance, propose new strategies, and identify opportunities for new campaigns that contribute to exceeding business goals and objectives
  • Support and contribute to digital ad creative and copy development with the creative team.
  • Identify and resolve common campaign issues using data and performance analytics.
  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology

Experience/Knowledge/Skills

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills/ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary & Benefits

  • $25-30/hour (40 hours/week)
  • 401k and other benefits are available after the successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
