This is a hybrid opportunity in Downtown Chicago, IL.

Location : Downtown Chicago

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule : Monday-Friday | Hybrid (1 day in-office)

Duration : Maternity leave coverage estimated through June

Compensation : $27/hour

Our client, a large non-profit healthcare association, seeks a Marketing Traffic Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage for the next few months! This role will coordinate deadlines, task assignments, and more for the marketing team, while also assisting with adhoc copywriting requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Coordination (50%)

• Define projects scope, set clear objectives, develop detailed project plans and establish timelines for marketing projects
• Regularly update team members, internal/external stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns and managing expectations
• Provide project support in a timely manner
• Review and update timelines with team members to ensure all milestones and deliverable dates are accounted for, reasonable and can be met on time; seek cross-team approvals and support if needed
• Identify and address potential issues, troubleshoot challenges, and develop contingency plans

Project Execution (50%)

• Assist in copywriting for internal deliverables, as needed
• Provide planning and support for team communications
• Coordinate implementation of marketing efforts on website and other digital marketing channels, ensuring campaigns are launched on time
• Manage document storage structure and implement changes and ongoing maintenance
• Measure and document campaign reports to help assess performance of digital marketing efforts

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related marketing field required
• Minimum 3 of experience in digital marketing, with a thorough understanding of marketing campaign automation tools
• Solid experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo preferred
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including relationship-building; ability to interface effectively with people of varying disciplines, background, and expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with extreme attention to details.
