Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of performance, creativity, and accountability.
• Oversee branding initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and sales teams to align marketing with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI reporting.
• Direct the creation of high-quality marketing content across digital, print, and event channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of marketing experience , with a focus on branding and strategic leadership .
• Background in the mortgage industry or private lending is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading marketing departments.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing with excellence.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual level of English and Spanish
