Position Overview :

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of the organization’s facilities, equipment, and machinery through planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and minimize unexpected downtime.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to maintenance staff.

• Lead (or assist) in equipment and facility repairs when needed

• Request quotes from outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.

• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.

• Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.

• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep the organization accident-free.

• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.

• Ensure that spare parts, components, and tools needed for maintenance are always available by ordering, forecasting, and monitoring material inventories.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum experience of 3 years in a supervisory role

• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment

• Bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications :

• Associate’s degree in manufacturing technology or facility management.

• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Working knowledge of powder coating equipment and process.

• Working knowledge of welding equipment.

• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.

• In-depth expertise with OSHA and ISO standards.
