Job Description

This full-time, year-round internship is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll begin with core helpdesk responsibilities while gaining exposure to security, infrastructure, and other exciting areas of technology. A strong candidate is confident tackling computer replacements, managing multiple tickets at once, and traveling between stores to provide in-person support.

This role is perfect for candidates with curiosity about the Microsoft ecosystem, including tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Flow, AI/Copilot and an interest in supporting workflows and automation (experience is a plus, but not required).

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • A quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with clear documentation habits
  • Interest in IT security, infrastructure, and automation tools
  • Familiarity or curiosity about Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Power Automate, AI/Copilot)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for end-users in-person, or by phone, email, or remote tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist with VPN setup and remote access troubleshooting
  • Perform basic Active Directory tasks (moves, additions, changes)
  • Monitor and resolve IT alerts and support tickets promptly
  • Educate our users on applications and best practices
  • Support additional tasks assigned by the Service Desk Manager
