Actively seeking a L&D | Professional Skills Training Manager for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm . The right candidate has 5+ years of L&D design and training experience for staff & attorneys within a Law or Professional Services Firm, and must have a proficiency within Learning Management Systems (LMS). This is an Attorney & Staff Training Position.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Manhattan, NY
PAY: $150 - $180K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED; Master's Degree PREFERRED
- 5+ years L&D Training & Curriculum Design REQUIRED
- Proficiency using Various Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience designing, developing & supporting organization-wide learning programs for Staff

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate on design and development of professional skills training curricula for lawyers and business services
- Deliver workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules
- Assess the training needs of the firm’s workforce and develop programs to address gaps.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants
- Collaborate with practice group leaders and business services leaders to align training initiatives with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Liaise with Global Learning & Development, US Well-Being, US HR team members on development and delivery of professional skills programming.
- Support mentoring and coaching initiatives and programs
